Like the tool that I am, I'm preparing for election night. Sadly, I haven't found a location where I'll have satellite TV (for CNN-International) AND reliable wireless internet so I can call home from my laptop. I also have to attend a party earlier in the evening that the Ambassador is hosting for the public here.
So, my plan at the moment is to go home at 9 or 10pm Zambian time and go to sleep right away. I'll set an alarm for 2:30 or so, watch the first set of returns on CNN over a liter of coffee, then drive to work and get online for the rest. Shoot me an email if you want to chat, and I can call you on Skype.
I've also found a few handy tools in the last couple days:
Swing State Project's Poll Closing List: Includes a helpful map and list of poll closing times for all the states.
LivPAC Scorecard: Lists the states for EV predictions/results, and lists the most competitive House and Senate races.
Washington Post Electoral College Map: Lets you create your own custom EV maps and post them wherever; I'll probably use this on election night too.
I plan to make my final election predictions and post them here tomorrow or Monday.
3 more days!!!

I didn't know that's how you're supposed to do it! I had an invite to the Ambassador's house to watch (9pm~11:30pm EST), but I didn't make it till 11:00 b/c of work, and well...I missed all the excitement!! Grrrr. I need to spend my next election with you!
