PEPFAR's future?

I'm a few days late in posting this, but the Washington Post had a great article on Saturday about some of the long-term policy questions facing PEPFAR (the program that I'm here in Zambia working with).

The article raises many questions that I can't begin to answer, but also provides a good overview of what PEPFAR does and how it fits into broader U.S. foreign assistance. I'm still planning to write more later about what I'm actually working on, but hopefully this will give you something more interesting to chew on until I get to it.
