Well Baked

I had to take a couple photos of the ovens at Black Knight when I went last week. It's sad that a pizzeria this far from home has better ovens than 98% of places in the U.S. Thankfully, the guys working were very friendly and let me come in back to take photos and watch them make a couple pizzas (though I'm sure my previous tips didn't hurt my cause).

Since I first posted, I've tried the spinach and feta pizza. It was excellent, despite being a topping combination I wouldn't normally go for. I've downgraded my rating of the pizza a bit because the mozzarella here has a slightly sour taste and doesn't have the stringy, elastic texture of the good stuff. I still have to rave about this place though, it's far better than anything I expected to find over here, and even better than the pizza place in Cape Town we tried that had a really good reputation there.
