To the left is one of the little geckos (or whatever they are, not sure) that reside around and too often within my house. They're actually not much of a problem, as they eat bugs and don't really annoy me at all, but they've startled me more than once.
This guy here was medium-sized, probably between 3-4 inches long. He's the largest I've seen in my house, though I've seen bigger ones outside.
The spider to the right is actually really small, probably 1/4 inch across; this just happens to be a really clear shot. These guys are all over the place, and don't really annoy me either (though hopefully they will stay out of my bed.
The little guy below left was one of the smaller geckos in my place, probably about an inch and a half. He was chilling on my potholder when I almost grabbed it and flipped him in the air by accident.
He then proceeded to find a comfortable spot on the back of my stove while I cooked dinner.
The last shot is one of the larger flat spiders who chill between the wall and the baseboards. They tend to hang out about halfway into the crack of the baseboard so I couldn't kill them even if I wanted to.
This guy is probably about a little larger than a quarter, but I've had bigger ones too. If I get too close, they jet back into the crack, but then almost inevitably creep out like 2 minutes later and just chill there.

Great pics -- we have those lizards (or some cousins of theirs) in Florida too; it's weird to look up and see them hanging out on a wall. There's one in this house that I know of. Once there was one on my drivers' side window when I was cruising along at 40 miles an hour. I was worried about him, but he was smart and climbed onto the mirror, so the mirror housing protected him from the wind.
I have decided that the lizards name is Penelope.
